Do I have to choose a date I am going to visit?

Yes, choose the date you want to visit  

Only our Event tickets must be purchased in advance online, any other admission is optional. 

There will be NO tickets available at the gate for Alice in Spetchley Wonderland, Specialist Plant Fair and Halloween Spooktaccular

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Spetchley Gardens DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Please present this on your smart phone or device when you arrive.  Alternatively please make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you together with some ID.

I don't have a printer...

You can present your ticket on your smart phone/device.  Alternatively please make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the Entrance.

How do I use my e-Ticket?

You will be emailed a Spetchley Gardens e-ticket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.  Please present this on your smartphone/device when you arrive.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What time should I arrive?

During Halloween Week we are open from 10.30 to 4 pm with staggered admission times to allow for social distancing and to avoid queueing.  You can then stay for 3 hours. 

Is Car Parking available?

There is good free car parking at Spetchley Gardens.

Can I make group bookings?

Due to the Covid-19 situation we are currently not taking any Group Bookings.

Can I use my e-Ticket with other offers and promotions?

No. Your e-Ticket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.

Is there wheelchair access?

Spetchley Gardens is flat but some of the paths are gravel but can be accessed by wheelchair with care.

Can I purchase a ticket/additional tickets at Spetchley Gardens on the day.

No.  Due to the Covid-19 impact, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.

What facilities do you offer?

• Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities.
• You can purchase food and drink at Spetchley Gardens Granary Coffee Shop as a takeaway service only.
• Benches and Picnic benches are available around Spetchley Gardens.
• You should contact a member of staff in the case of requiring First Aid
